At Genbun Manufacturing, we handle "Diamond Coating Chips." By coating the chip surface with ultra-fine diamonds, we achieve a hardness of 9,000 Hv, equivalent to PCD. Furthermore, we offer these at a lower price than PCD chips. Up to 8 corners can be utilized, leading to a reduction in tool costs.
